"I ordered the 50" Pioneer PDP-5010FD Plasma TV on a Tuesday and had it in my home 3-days later on Friday. Paid by bank wire and saved an additional 2%. The TV is exactly as advertised, 100% brand new shipped directly from the Pioneer warehouse. The stand was pre-installed by Pioneer to keep the unit upright during shipping, box was sealed and all items accounted for. This was a very smooth and very satisfying experience. "I had been researching LCD's & Plasma's for a few months. I found Plasma Concepts on an online search, along with other sites at various prices. I have heard and read of horror stories about buying online and the quality of the products. I am glad to say that this was not the case, I did check out the Company with the Better Business Bureau and was glad to see it listed, even the Parent company HT Concepts. It was also listed on Pioneers website as an authorized dealer, which validates their warranty. I did call to order instead of ordering online, but that is because I had some questions on specific features. Dan Aab helped me with everything and kept me informed as to the progress of my order. I will be ordering other products from here in the future and recomending it to people that are looking for new products. "I did my research on the type of HD television to purchase over the course of a year and chose the plasma for it's ability to display deep blacks and to view from all angles. I selected the Pioneer Kuro for it's amazing ability to do just that. I am thrilled by the quality of the picture and couldn't be happier with my selection. If I bought this set at Magnolia Audio I would have paid over $1,700.00 more than I paid at HT Concepts for no perceived additional value. My worry, as I'm sure it is a common one, on purchasing an expensive eletronic item over the internet was what happened if it was flawed and who would back the item. I went to the Pioneer website and looked through the approved vendor list (the ones that Pioneer would warranty) and was drawn to HT Concepts by their apparent customer focus and extensive customer satisfaction rating. The delivery man was helpful in bringing the set into my house but also in the inspection of the exterior for any apparent damage. The television was expertly wrapped and protected during shipping. I found them easy to deal with, communicative, and overall a top notch organization that I would order from in a heartbeat!"

"I've been buying online for years with various degrees of satisfaction, but my experience with Plasma (HT) Concepts was incomparable. I could write volumes on what is right with this company vs. what is wrong with most others, but I'll summarize to save time. (And you'll need it if you research like I do - slogging through the great unwashed masses of Marquis de Sade-designed websites out there). WEBSITE: So professional, easy to use, upfront with pricing, and friendly that I almost wept..(..it was hours, darnit!) PRICES: Very competitive. Including shipping, my order was a negligible amount (anyone's definition of negligible!) above the very lowest price I could find on an 'unrated' site (which had the most creatively scathing reviews I've ever read). SHIPPING: I ordered at 4pm on a Monday. A rep I talked to via 'online chat' told me it would probably ship that day, be there in 2-3 days -- "Suuuure", I thought out loud. They're in Ohio, I'm in Atlanta. Doorbell: 1130am Thursday. Incidentally, the delivery guy said they'd done "nothing but deliver big-screens for the last 6 weeks - and the way it was packed was the best they'd ever seen". It was in perfect shape. THE LAST STRAW: Maybe I missed this on the website, but my plasma's outputs require adapters which you have to buy separately. Those adapters were included at no extra charge. Nice surprise! FOLLOWUP: I just got a very nice email checking to see if I was happy with my purchase, complete with all their contact info if I needed it. CONCLUSION: I'll buy from them from now on even if they're not the lowest price (which is doubtful), and recommend them to anyone without reservation. This company needs to give classes. Amen."

"You guys did a great job! Very pleasant doing business with you. To make a long story short, I had ordered the same TV (for near the same price) from a New York based website. Got an email from them "requiring" me to call them and confirm my order? I called and wound up with a high pressure saleman trying to talk me into faster delivery for more money, high priced accessories, etc......I did not need any of those things so I declined them. I think I was then shuffled to the bottom of the stack (or maybe they are just plain slow) because two weeks later I had to call them to get a status. I was told my order would be shipped the following Thursday, and I would get an email to confirm shipment. I got/heard nothing and decided I better cancel my order. I wound up having to cancel my credit card to avoid any unfair cancellation/restocking fees.....! I found ya'll through Goggle, and five days later I was watching my brand new TV. "I researched plasma televisions for about 3 months before deciding on the Pioneer. My brother had recently purchased the Panasonic 50px60u and I had been leaning in that direction but I really wanted the extras that the Pioneer came with as well as the better picture that it offered. It was just so much more expensive than the pansonic and I was having a hard time justifying the price. That was until I found Plasma Concepts and their excellent price on the TV that I wanted. I ordered the tv on thursday with the pipe dream of having in home by sunday for the Patriots playoff game. Not only was the staff at PC among the most helpful that I have even encountered in customer service, I actually had the TV on saturday in plenty of time to watch the game. "I found this website as a link on PioneerElectronics.com, to ensure I was dealing with an authorized Pioneer dealer. Despite purchasing a lot of products via the internet, I was initially very hesitant to make such a large purchase with an on-line dealer. After perusing Plasma Concepts site for products, pricing and policies, I felt more comfortable in dealing with them. After an email to Aric Koenig with some general questions, a quick reply was recieved with all of my answers. "I ordered a 42' Panasonic flatscreen with a wall mount and thought the service was great. After I installed the wall mount and hung the tv, I noticed the color was off. I called and spoke to Keith who walked me through some trouble shooting ideas, but the color was still off. He asked me to email a couple of pictures to him from the tv so he could see and talk to Panasonic. The next day Keith called and said that the tv must be a disfunctional unit and had another tv sent out to me wtih no charge and then picked up the old tv. "This company is nothing short of phenomenal. It begins with their website which is very professional and makes you feel confident about ordering from them. There were many other resellers I looked at that didn't give me that good feeling even though they had a good price. PC has both! I placed my order with Aric who was nothing short of professional and answered every question I had from product information, stock, and delivery time. Speaking about delivery time, I placed my order on Monday morning and received a call the next day at 5pm that I could come pick it up. I thought i was going to have to wait 3-5 anxious days to get my plasma; i can't tell you my shock when they called the next day. I can hardly get a dvd player next-dayed to me, but PC was able to get a 91 lb. plasma to me the next day. I even got free bnc-rca connectors DHL'd the next day at no added charge. I spent a lot of time looking around locally and at the myriad online resellers, next time I'm going directly to PC without any reservations. The performance of the plasma is icing on the cake. Right out of the box all the settings (picture, contrast, tinit, color, etc.) are dead on. The look of black bezel is very sleek and makes the picture pop even more. I had an hdtv before this and standard tv looks as good if not better than a crt. I can't say enought about PC and this plasma."

Then after a problem developed with the unit (a line developed in the upper portion of the screen)...I made one call to PC...they suggested one call to Panasonic to validate the defect....and both organizations stepped up to replace it instantly. You were professional, responsive, and courteous from answering my initial inquiry through your post-sale follow-up. There were no surprises: this is good, I don't like most surprises. And we appreciate the year of added coverage. This was icing on the cake. The set arrived as scheduled. Watkins nailed their delivery time within 10 minutes! We were able to arrange stopping home at lunch for delivery. Everything was intact and the box was externally unmarked. I temporarily set it up in our living room to make certain it nominally worked. This past weekend, we moved it upstairs to its final site above our fireplace mantle in our room. If anyone needs particulars about wall-mounting this unit in an old house with plaster walls and no discernable studs, I can help. I can also share our method to hoist it from the floor to its home with just two people. It is all set-up now and looks stunning.
