Q. Will my order be insured?

A. Your order is fully insured and guaranteed to get to you in perfect working condition at no extra cost to you. If there is any sign of physical box damage you are required to open your item within 48 hours to report any possible damage to us.

Q. Are there any additional charges associated with shipping?

A. NO, there aren't any additional charges associated with shipping. The shipping charges includes shipping, handeling and full insurance.

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. Larger size plasma TVs and LCD TVs will be shipped via freight service.  Smaller TVs and accessories such as mounts, stands, or speakers may be shipped via common carrier such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. All orders are usually shipped the same day or next business day.

Q. When will my shipment be delivered?

A. For ETAs, it is probably best to call the carrier at the phone number provided in our order status section or by contacting us for the information.  For bigger shipments you will be able to schedule a window for delivery.

Q. Should I inspect the item for damage while the driver is present?

A.It is not necessary to check the item for damage while the driver is there.  Often times they may not have time to wait.  Just be sure to mark when you sign if there is any physical box damage and to be sure you open your item within 48 hours to report any possible damage to us.

Q. When should I schedule an installation?

A. You should make sure that all of your items are delivered before scheduling an installation.  Unfortunately unavoidable shipping delays do occur, although rarely,  and we are not always able to ship everything with the same carrier.  If you think some of your items may be missing or should have been delivered do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Q. Is the delivery of my Plasma TV, LCD TV, or Projector inside?

A. Standard delivery is made to your door.  The deliverer is not require to bring your order inside or unpack it.  If you would like inside delivery, it can be requested from HT Concepts for an additional charge.
