At Plasma Concepts we believe you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we are proud to offer the PC Promise. The PC Promise is a guarantee that you will be happy with your new display, and that it will meet all of your expectations. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return your unit to us within 30 days and we will issue you a refund or replacement unit (see requirements for returns below). There are NO restocking fees and NO hidden charges on units that have the PC Promise, you will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. We will even schedule the Pickup for you. Look for the seal (as seen on the right) next to any display on our website that lives up to the high standards required to receive the PC Promise. Requirements for returns for PC Promise Items:

Al l items must be in like new condition with no signs wear and tear
All items must be with in 30-days from delivery date
Displays must have under 50 hours of use*
All items should be returned in original packaging as it was received. If not the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost of plasma display and any other additional accessories, such as manual, cables, etc., purchased
Customer is responsible for the cost of replacing all parts and accessories not included with the return of the display and will be charged accordingly
