Shipping, handling, and insurance on Plasmas and most LCD TVs is $175 for units below 40", $200 for 40" to $44" units, $225 for 45" to 55" units, $300 for 60" to 63" units, and $350 for units 65" and over. For an additional $50, we can ship 2nd da y service.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is 3-5 days from when it ships. Units will ship the same or next day.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the day your order ships.
What is the best Plasma TV or LCD TV?
There isn't a best Plasma TV or LCD TV. The Plasma TV or LCD TV that will be best for you will depend on your situation and application.
Why don't some Plasma TVs come with accessories such as mounts, stands, and tuners?
Plasma TV's are used in a variety of applications and require different accessories depending on the situation.
Is there sales tax?
There is no sales tax due to us if you live outside of Ohio.
Can I pick up the unit?
If we have the unit on hand you can pick it up. However if you pick it up we cannot guarantee it against da mage in transit and you must pay Ohio sales tax.

How do I get the cash discount?
If you pay via bank wire or certified cashier's check, you get a 2% discount on the price of the Plasma TV.
Is the Plasma TV or LCD TV an HDTV?
A ny Plasma TV or LCD TV with a resolution of at least 1024x720 is considered truly HD. TV's with a resolution of 852 x 480 are considered EDTV, but can still display an HD signal.
Do I need a tuner?
You need a tuner if you are going to be watching television with your Plasma TV. VCRs or cable/satellite boxes work well as tuners. Some Plasma TVs and LCD TVs come with tuners. NTSC tuners will only tune analog signals. A TSC tuners will tune Digital and HD signals. If you are getting Digital or HDTV from your cable provider or satellite provider, you will need to use the provider's box to decode their signal.
Do I need an HD tuner?
To display HD on the Plasma TV you will need a HD tuner/receiver. Your cable or satellite provider will supply one for you. If you want to receive over-the-air signals there are third party boxes available. Some Plasma TVs and LCD TVs have built-in HD tuners designated A TSC.
Does the Plasma TV have speakers?
Some of the Plasma TVs and LCD TVs do come with speakers, while other do not. Please check the individual Plasma TV or LCD TV specs to see if the Plasma TV or LCD TV you are interested in has speakers or not. In most cases, separate side-mounted speakers can be purchased.
What do I do if the unit arrives broken?
If the unit arrives broken, call us immediately so we can have it replaced at no charge to you.
What kind of warranty is there?
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are listed each product's specs.

Can you ship overnight?
No. These units are too fragile. The quickest we can ship is 2- da y.
What is the difference between Plasma TV and LCD?
LCDs are liquid crystals. Plasma TV's are gas. Plasma TV's have a larger viewing angle and are a better value in the terms of cost to size.
Is there a problem with Plasma TV's at high altitudes?
Some Plasma TV's tend to make a hissing sound at high altitudes due to the thin air and are not considered defective. NEC plasma TVs the highest of all at 9,180 feet above sea level.

If there is a pixel out, is the unit considered defective?
Plasma TV's can have a few pixels out and not be considered defective. The exact number of pixels depends on the manufacturer.
What input provides the best picture?
HDMI, DVI, and Component offer similar pictures. S-Video and then composite are the next step down.
Who honors the warranty?
The initial warranty is honored by the manufacturer. The extended warranties are backed by Repair Master, V A C Service, or Philips.

Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, but if paying by credit card, you must add an alternate shipping address to your card.

How do you ship?
We ship the Plasma TV's via private freight. ( DHL Danzas , Mach1 A ir, USF Freight, etc.) We may ship accessories DHL, UPS or FedEx. You will be provided all necessary tracking numbers and contact information via email after your unit ships.
